Broward County Chief Judge Victor Tobin is resigning from the bench to work for the Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson, a South Florida firm that recently paid $2 million to settle a state investigation into its foreclosure practices.
Tobin, 64, announced late Tuesday in a four sentence e-mail to staff at the 17th Circuit Court that his last day will be June 30.
The news shocked foreclosure defense attorneys who said it is unusual for a judge with three years remaining in his term to leave the bench, and questioned the move to a so-called “foreclosure mill.”
All the judges have to go. They are in on this too but hey know it is heating up. When Tobin goes to work for marshall watson that’s a perfect indicator for what is happening. Look into ALL the judges backgrounds and investments and it will be shown they helped this devilish machine to move at record speeds. The banks couldn’t do this with honest judges or ones that have any knowledge at all of real estate 101. Any moron should know u can’t transfer a mortgage 5 years after the psa that governs it states it as clear as day. Their assignments are VOID . Either the judges cannot read or they are idiots or they are corrupt to the bone. All are bad. Very bad. And now no more hearings in palm beach?? Then what? Our civil rights are taken away because…..why. Wtf? Is this really happening. All I know is appeals seems to be the only way to prove the cases in florida. The appeals judges know what the supreme court will eat them alive. I’m ready to go there if that’s what it takes. This is a sick nation engulfed in oil and radiation and sewer sludge and cover ups. Why would we expect our government to be on the right side of the law. The fraud has run too deep. It is surfacing like bad roots that keep coming up unless you KILL the root. The government and the judges are the root. The lawyers keep watering the poison fruits and the idiot people are eating the poisons every day. Its only a matter of time and the devil runs the scheme. He has all of their souls. Its a dangerous world. Don’t trust any one. There is corruption to the roots. Get a good lawyer- save your money- its worth it!! It still amazes me that our government believes we are all stupid — that’s because they (lPS) is involved in our children’s new founded education that involves only standardized tests! They are planning more cover ups thru our kids. Making sure they will all be so dependent on video games and taking standard tests they won’t see any fraud because they will all be too dumb.
