Palm Beach County Chief Judge Peter Blanc said in a letter Wednesday to David J. Stern that Stern’s suggestions to deal with thousands of abandoned cases are not permitted by Florida rules of law.

    If there has been an action by a bar association in this country regarding the acts of their members, please let us know? Bar associations are only there to make money, protect their own interests and ward off criticism of their members. If anyone has had a positive experience where they received any material help at all regarding this matter, I will apologize, but bar associations are modeled after the organized crime mantra. CYA
