OCC Says Almost 500,000 Seek Reviews of Foreclosures

Can you imagine the amount of fraud they must’ve found or yet to be found, if they review these documents?

Bloomberg-

After a deadline-inspired surge, nearly 500,000 borrowers are seeking formal reviews of their 2009 and 2010 foreclosures for mistakes by lenders, the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency reported.

“A significant amount of effort was made to increase awareness during the fourth quarter of 2012, and that’s reflected in the increase in the number of people who requested a review,” said Bryan Hubbard, an OCC spokesman. The tally of applicants spiked from 356,000 on Dec. 13 to 495,000 by the Dec. 31 deadline, Hubbard said.

Bryan Hubbard attribution of the increase in applications to “significant…effort to increase (public) awareness” having gotten traction is cow dung. We’ve all been sitting out here trying to decide whether or not to be extorted into submission to review by the known and blatantly corrupt OCC board. Wow! A whopping 500,000 out of 4 ? million? Stop for a minute. Why do you think 3 million 500,000 eligibles you kicked to the curb didn’t respond? There’s your true measure of success. Be proud of what you do for a living. Take that home to your family. You still have one.

In Sept 2012 the OCC & Federal Reserve Bank put it out there that 800,000 HAMP applications should have been modified but where not and instead foreclosed. So at what point did these two continue up to Dec 30, 2012 carrying on this fraud of a review.

There was not a later sampling of file to determine that 800,000 households were victims, but one certain type of loan was the reason that they came to this decision and that was the 86% of the 20% of the 4.4 million foreclosures, which were government insured loan that could not have ever been foreclosed.

In the last days of the program black radio started informing everybody to apply even if you were currently processing for a modification.

The smoking gun is the very still blank endorsed Notes that every single government loan property that was foreclosed, and is still blank today because Ginnie Mae cannot transfer the Notes back because they did not purchase the debt.

It would only take one minute each file to determine what was done fraudulently and that is to simply review the Notes!

Can we get a review of liars loans, predatory lending, fraud and other business as usual conduct from the DOJ?

We submitted our case to OCC in 6/11 with all evidence after running through $52,000 lawyer fees in a case we won but Chase appealed! OCC gave us forms to complete, we submitted with all evidence attached, they presented to Chase (bankster) with instructions for response by Chase within 30 days to the 15 charges. Needless to say, 5 full months later Chase replied something unrelated and unintelligible. OCC dropped the ball, said they couldn’t make Chase answer. HELLO??? Isn’t OCC in charge of these banksters? or is there really no watchdog agency, the banksters are just renegade carpet baggers? Next to FNMA who also had us complete THEIR many page forms, submitted with evidence LAST APRIL 2012 with promise from FNMA would take up to 60 days. Well now it’s 9 months later. Does anyone in their right mind believe the banks’ own selection of auditors would be non-biased and thorough and accurate, especially in light of these criminals past 30 years of thieving and sharking? I’m surprised there actually were 500,000 hopeful people who wish to believe these reviews will come to fruition. This government is a criminal government. They’ve pushed the people over the edge, and maybe this is the year the people push back.
