UPDATE: Mr. Bryan Hubbard Director of Public Affairs Operations at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has informed this site of the following after several blogs learned that a former David J. Stern’s Attorney, Miriam Mendieta was to assist in reviewing of 4.5 Million foreclosure fraud cases:
© 2010-19 FORECLOSURE FRAUD | by DinSFLA. All rights reserved.Foreclosure Review Services (FRS) has not been contracted by any of the independent consultants conducting independent foreclosure reviews required by the consent orders issued by the OCC in April. The OCC and Federal Reserve reviewed independent consultant and subcontractors for conflicts of interest prior to approval. FRS was neither proposed nor reviewed.

Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
If this is truly the case that FRS is not ‘sanctioned’ then why is FRS listed on Wells Fargo Engagement letter with Promontory – Page 7 (127) of the attached “Project Plan” at 8.7?
8.7 Develop functionality for process monitoring and status reporting from FRS, Pipeline, other sources – In Process – 9/30/2011
How is a non-authorized and questionable entity such as FRS able to ‘guard the hen house’ with Wells Fargo/Promontory . . . it is obvious at this beginning juncture things will not be totally transparent, fair or ethical – despite all good intentions – homeowners are still not a priority, obviously.
