This stuns me! The representatives in charge of investigating this serious land title matter know nothing about MERS! SURELY we should expect these so-called public servants to at least know the BASICS before the hearing. It is VERY scary to know someone like this Hank Johnson gets to be in charge of the hearing. I thought he was going to fall asleep. He seemed to be on heavy medication or inebriated.
The other part that shocks me is that so few homeowners know anything about MERS and how it could affect them–nor are they interested finding out!
