The home loan modification program was supposed to make life easier. It was supposed to take away some of the financial burden. It did the opposite.
It’s a home filled with love and stocked with pictures of a family. It’s a home they almost lost.

Well,here I go.. I have to tell all I Received HOME modifications from Bank of America if fact 2 home mod offers by Bank of America. The first offer for modification was $100.00 less than my current mortgage payment and the 2nd offer was $100.00 more than the current mortgage payment. I felt insulted, I made an offer to BoA to go back to prior amount before Countrywide and they said NO just send us the papers I kept referring.
These 2 Refinances NEVER went into any system, NO SIGNATURES NO LAWYERS NO NOTARY NO SEAL OF COMMISIONS. THEY REALLY DID NEED THE PAPERS BECAUSE THE FORGERY AND FRAUD COMMITTED IN July 2011 said it all when I sent OCC the Originals with NO FRAUD & FORGERIES BANK OF AMERICA!
Where is the Board of Directors?
