Lets not forget some of the trusts in the settlement were established under Delaware law…

A day after New York’s attorney general called Bank of America Corp’s (BAC.N) $8.5 billion mortgage-backed securities settlement “unfair” and “inadequate”, another state attorney general hinted he may also oppose the deal.

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden plans on filing a motion to intervene next week, said an attorney from his office on Friday.

CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA- Retired US Navy lost home 3 years ago. The mortgage documents deed of trust shows MERS both nominee and beneficiary. I hired an attorney on June 2009 regarding deceptive acts on my deed of trust before it went into foreclosure, paid lots of money former attorney did absolutely nothing to the case. Lost home while I was paying former attorney. I filed a complaint at Washington D.C. Bar Association he is permanently disbarred in Washington D.C. Worst of all, he was not liscensed to practice in Virginia.

We are homeless, living with relatives in Virginia Beach. We cannot afford to hire a competent lawyer and can’t find an attorney that would take this case on contingency bases. PLEASE HELP US
