Time to cry now for all of the innocent people who are and have been victimized by this enormous scheme! KUDOS to ALL who have helped contribute to the best thing that has happened in the history of America and to 60 minutes for doing an amazing job at letting this cat out of the bag so very well! Amazing job!!!!

This is BS! The only fraud that has taken place is by the home owners who took money out of their homes to pay off credit cards just to run them back up again! The counties and state knowingly allowed MERS to violate recording laws and now they act like hero’s, BS. How is someone a victim of fraud when they fail to make a mortgage payment? I go through public records and see time after time loans that were taken out on homes to finance a lifestyle. It was our fault not the banks, we were more greedy than they were but of course let’s blame the big corporations, right?
