The Florida Supreme Court said today:
The Florida Constitution and court rules did not give the Chief Justice authority to intercede in pending cases involving attorney misconduct, or to investigate allegations of fraud or misconduct in foreclosure cases. The fraud cases must first beadjudicated in trial courts.
Congressman Grayson has asked the Florida Bar to take action.
Florida Default Law Group has been added as the fourth law firm under investigation along the Law offices of David J. Stern, Shapiro & Fishman and Law Office of Marshall Watson.

How can he FSC not acnkowledge the unfairness of allowing potentially unfounded foreclosure actions to proceed and expect homeowners to pay attorneys to prove fraud. It is much more economically feasible to put a stay on all Florida foreclosure actions, or at least those instituted by the firms under Federal investigation, to give the honest, law abiding homeowner, a chance to save his home and his family!!!!
The only response I can come up with is “WTF”. Are u kidding me? I guess Florida is either the most stupid state in the country or the Supreme Court is in on this ponzi scheme. Since when does our court system let people off the hook for Fraud!? Mortgage and foreclosure fraud?! Fraud is a felony and cannot get a get out of jail FREE card!! They managed to prosecute and jail small elements of this same scenario with fines. They are serving TIME too. Why is it okay for the court system to cover up fraud!!! The judge should serve time in my book. God, please bless America- the Devil has taken control!! This kind of outcome incentitizes the average person to commit crimes as the only hope of justice. How pathetic is that? Look at what has happened to our justice system! How deplorable–. When we have no justice what do
