The Washington Post just keeps putting more and more out! Now they exposed Linda Green, Lender Processing Services (LPS)…and pending “Criminal Investigations“

The nation’s overburdened foreclosure system is riddled with faked documents, forged signatures and lenders who take shortcuts reviewing borrower’s files, according to court documents and interviews with attorneys, housing advocates and company officials.
Pite Duncan, LLP out of San Diego is the “David Stern” of California…cranking out forged documents (Herman) John Kennerty included, out of Ft. Mill, NC. I’ve got 3 out of date assignments that will be on their way soon. The Ft. Mill office that they work out of is a Wells Fargo Bank address. All you have to do is Google John Kennerty Public Notices and you’ll see how many homes are illegally being forclosed on and sold in his name. Somebody in North Carolina get that man behind bars and take Pite Duncan’s license to practice law away in California! Then, talk to Wells Fargo and HSBC…the biggest fraudsters of them all…they’re hiding behind all the other entities and banks that they bought and sold crap loans to! Someday soon, hopefully the media will catch on to them…that’s where the fingers should be pointed.
I’ve had dealings with PITE Duncan, Wolfe & Wyman, and now Werson and Severson out here in California. Would love to share my docs and case to date with someone. How do I get in contact with Brian Davies?
My deed at the recorders office is recorded under the original trustee/lender from 4/2007 the lender was seized by the FDIC in 2008 and sold to another bank. I found that prior to the banks seizure my loan was sold to a loan aggregator and packaged into a MBS. The bank who purchase the seized bank say they have no owner ship right to my loan and also the master servicer and servicer say they have no ownership rights. The investor of the MBS that my loan in is currently in litigation with the rating agency and depositors/ Aggregator that purchased and pooled my loan. The trustee of the MBS that my loan is in is Deutsche bank. My question is in the recording and assignment process does the entity that bought and pooled my loan need to have an assignment to them or can Deutsche just an assignment from the out of business bank to Deutsche record it and foreclose. Any strategy I could check in to bifurcation any thing ?

I have John Kennerty as a signed affidavit 2 times, no notary also Heather Carrico who has assigned docs in different states.
I am trying to get info on Pite Duncan and CitMortgage regarding Robo signing etc. I have docs with the names of “Karen Roberts” and “Pam January”
Both appeared to be robo-signed or fraudulent.
