Sir, I read about your starting a class action against David J Stern. Your secretary gave me this website but it is not working so I am not sure what to do. I did loose my home to this vulture and am interested in what you are doing.
I was financed through CitiMortgage Inc. I had a medical emergency that put me out of work for an extended period. My house of 19 years went into foreclosure. Later I felt I might be able to save my home I put over $200,000 into rebuilding it and talked with CitiMortgage who were very helpful in that regard. They said they have a very liberal plan to get people to keep their homes and reduce payments, almost anything so they did not have to take them back. They gave me the number of this special department they set up for people like me.
When calling this department, they said they wanted to and could help me except my case had been turned over to DJS and company and I needed to call him to make arrangements.
When trying to call DJS and company I could ONLY get a computer answering merry go round that would NEVER let me talk to a person. I left over 30 messages on their message service and NEVER got a call back from them. Those vultures had no intent of any kind to let me get my home back. There was NO WAY to contact them. Even CitiMortgage could do nothing when I complained to them about it. They said the numbers they gave me was all they had to work with.
Early in the year my home came up for auction when I was in Thailand and a friend of mine attended the auction with an intent to possibly bid on it. A lady representing the auction people approached him and made it very clear to him not to waste his time because THEY were going to get the house. They would outbid him no matter what he bid she told him.
When he told me this, it became very obvious what this person was doing, making sure no one got his house back. But at the time there was no one I could complain to, I already lost everything of value in my life, I am 70 years old and have nothing left thanks to these vultures that live on the bones of others.
