  1. aron says:

bank of America crooks should be made to explain their manufactured made up fraudulent mortgage assignments.
this bank hurt many homeowners and stole many homeowners
homes using this fake mortgage assignment that judges of the
court knew were fraud but still gave the banksters illegally the people homes

  2. Charles Reed says:

The reason the BOA assignment for Countrywide Ginnie Mae pooled loans are no good, is the same reason that Wells Fargo assignments of Washington Mutual Bank Ginnie Mae assignment are no good and that is they are forged.

Before there was a transfer of the loans the Dept of VA loans & the FHA loan had already transferred the mortgage loan Notes endorsed in blank. Ginnie Mae has taken physical possession of the Notes causing there to be a void of authority because the Notes have been forever separated from the debt.

We got a breach of contract where there cannot be a lien against the properties because a sale of the loan did not and could not occur because Ginnie Mae is not authorize by Congress to purchase these debts!

There been a Whistleblower claim on recorded about this since Feb 12, 2012, that was submitted by me, yet the Federal Government not taken action to recover with treble damage $264 billion!
