Lender to Spend $67 Million on Homeowner Assistance, Counseling and Record Consolidation
WSJ-
Wells Fargo & Co. said Friday it has agreed to spend at least $67 million on homeowner assistance and other initiatives as part of a settlement around the lender’s alleged so-called robo-signing practices.
Settlement is tied to a suit filed on behalf of shareholders in 2011 that alleged Wells Fargo employees approved legal documents related to home-foreclosure proceedings without proper review.

So Wells Fargo is saying that these shareholders are extorting money from them by going to court, and because they don’t know how a court will rule, they are just going to succumb to the investors?
What about the forged assignments that Wells Fargo purchase form DocX or the one from MERS that are in court now in two cases brought by lawsuit, and one which DocX founder who is in jail having admitted to 1 million forged mortgage documents, and paid Lynn Szymoniak and team $46 million or so as she got $18 million and has returned for a estimated $10 billion case of government insured loan losses. Plus the ex-S&L prosecutor military Jag lawsuit and my 2011 SEC whistleblower claim that included Wells Fargo’s illegal handling of Washington Mutual Bank’s government insured loans, where in fact Wells Fargo acted as if they were the Note and debt holder but were not!
Good one Charles! This is ridiculous! Just give us our houses back!
