We have evidence now that Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae are actually financially incentivizing servicers to foreclose faster and timely.
And then these same servicers are providing similar financial incentives to the trustees to foreclose timely….otherwise if the trustees cannot foreclose timely, they are penalized financially.
