Larry Jametsky visits his family home frequently, even though he was evicted from it almost four years ago.
He and his family have been homeless since then, but they’ve stayed near the blue house in the city of SeaTac. “This was my grandparents’ house, my dad’s house,” Jametsky said.
Jametsky is in the throes of a legal battle over the house after he signed over the deed in what he thought was a loan deal. His case and others have caught the attention of the Washington Supreme Court and attorney general as the effects of the housing crisis continue to be felt.

my sister has frau surrounding her entire real etate dealings. so sad for her. al she wanted to was sell her home and buy a new home. she was duped out of her home. some nasty floridah real estate broker quit claimed the home from her, she didnt know real estate law, he said he would use the equity on her new home, he did not, neither did he re fi her old home. puts he rin a predatory 2 yr adj. that adj. to her entire salary. she could not refi as promised so she left, bolted. so sad. he also on top of this fraud had her sign a baloon mortgage that state when she sold her home she owned him 30k + intrest for what. that was her money. he duped her. cant find a lawyer to take her case so sad. when i tell this story to lawyers they are horrified but will do nothing for her so sad. i hope these people meet their maker someday and have to answer to a higher power
