HYDERABAD, INDIA: Lender Processing Services Inc., a leading provider of innovative technology, services, data and analytics to the mortgage and real estate industries today announced the opening of its mortgage technology services facility in India. The company handles about 50 percent of all US mortgages by dollar value.
LPS acquired an office in Hyderabad as part of its acquisition of LendingSpace in 2012. LendingSpace provides residential mortgage origination technology, including a unique correspondent lending platform that enhances collaboration between retail originators and their correspondent lending partners in the United States.
This new, larger Hyderabad location, which boasts 40,000 square feet, with space for further growth, has an advanced technological infrastructure that will accommodate increases in the number of employees and strengthens LPS delivery of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.

LPS, yeah, I know who they are. This crooked “processor” helped the crooked AHMSI (and other slimball craphouse outfits like the criminal OCWEN, nailed by CFPB fpr 2 BILLION $ recovery funds for commiting mortgage fraud, and HSBC, Ocwens partner in crime for laundering South American drug cartels profits for spewinh gazillions of kilos of COCAINE illegally in the US for our kids, HSBC “fined” 2 billion $ via FBI. Yup I remember LPS those miserable assholes assisted AHMSI/HSBC/OCWEN in swindling me out of my Salem, OR home along with my $300k equity. It makes this 77 yr old disabled vet gut sick just to think about these crooks who puty me into the poorhouse and, get this, with the assistance of an Oregon Federal Ct lady judge who ignored all the laws under Tryth in Lending (TILA 1968) ny not requiring, under law that these thieves produce even a shred of evidence of STANDING, no “NOTE”, “NO MORTGAGE” just stomped all over the disabled vet. Yeah sur I remember LPS of Atlanta who ignored my requests for data, and MERS, who can forget MERS, and its no surprise that LPS participates in costing thousand of jobs so India can assit LPS in swindling USA homeowners out of their life savings, yuppers, I remember LPS and they make me sick!
