NBC 4 New York has learned that federal authorities have arrested a man they say was plotting to attack the Federal Reserve building in Lower Manhattan, just blocks from the World Trade Center site.
The man is in custody in New York. Sources tell NBC 4 New York that he lives on Long Island and was arrested Wednesday morning.

The suspect and the FBI agent planned the fake attack for months, sources said.

Well they could have driven him around in a van, showed him some nice properties, then given him a liars loan. Then after he shrieks “Death to America!”, they bust him for lying on his loan docs. Far less spectacular I suppose, but both of these (the former more than the latter) have already done some serious damage to America.
