    The real story is why BOA actual purchase Countrywide? Was Countrywide ever really owned by Angelo and his partner or where they always the shell company of BOA?

    BOA knows it got a big problem and are only a day away of some agency telling them to provide all the Note from Countrywide and they are a hurting unit because the ones in the Ginnie Mae pools are since blank and like all Ginnie Mae pooled loans, none of the blank Notes relinquish to them can ever again be endorsed to another, as Ginnie Mae does not have the ability to do so. It called a non-negotiable Note

    bank of america is doing nothing to help homeowners other then lie to them and steal their homes by way of fraud. bank of america still do robo-signing and create false assignments of mortgages every
    day of the week all year long.any bank of america foreclosure must be
    looked into chances are they do not own the loans they attempt to
    foreclose on.only naeive people belive that bank of america had
    change their ways
