A Lowell attorney is facing charges after he confessed to forging documents in a child custody case, according to Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Steven Ralph Jackson was arrested on charges of forgery and interfering with child custody.
On August 8 the Washington County Criminal Investigations Department began investigating a reportedly forged court order illustrated to be issued through Washington County Circuit Court. According to the Washington Count Sheriff’s Office, the fraudulent order was for a child custody case and termination of child support.
