We have been reaching out to the Nevada Attorney General who continues to ignore us. We are homeowner.victims of JPMorgan Chase Bank and Chase Home Finance. We have litigated in pro per before Nevada’s state court, (review petition, foreclosure mediation) and before the Federal Court, (FDCPA, Fraud, Unjust Enrichment) Our federal complaint by a Petition for an en banc hearing is pending before the 9th Circuit. We also have a judicial misconduct complaint pending against the federal judge who (fraudulently) dismissed our complaint. Our case is cited under Williams et al vs. JPMorgan Chase Bank et al. 2:10-cv-00118 PMP-PAL and USDCA No. 10-16102. A review of our en banc petition will substantiate the merits our case. Remaining available to us is a complaint under RICO, fraud, et seq. That is because the last criminal predicate act took place on March 1, 2012. I an a certificated paralegal who has attained considerable expertise in the area of mortgage fraud.
