On September 14, 2010, Florida Default Law Group filed “Notices” in foreclosure actions that the firm was withdrawing Affidavits it had previously filed. The Affidavits were signed by Jeffrey Stephan of GMAC Mortgage/Homecomings Financial in Montgomery County, PA. Stephan had previously admitted in depositions that he signed thousands of such affidavits each month with no knowledge of the contents and in many cases without even bothering to read the Affidavits. In the Notices, Florida Default claimed that “the undersigned law firm was not aware” that the Stephans Affidavits were improper and had a good faith belief in the Stephans Affidavits. Stephans signed so many Affidavits, however, on behalf of so many different securitized trusts, that his lack of actual knowledge should have been obvious. Many other mortgage servicing companies and foreclosure firms have filed thousands of other worthless, unfounded Affidavits. Perhaps the Law Offices of Marshall Watson will notify courts that Lost Note Affidavits signed by Linda Green, Tywanna Thomas and Korell Harp are also improper; perhaps The Law Offices of David Stern will notify Courts that their own office manager, Cheryl Samons, had no knowledge and did not even read the Affidavits she signed. The dark days of the foreclosure “robo-signers” seem to finally be coming to an end in Florida. Will the same judges who accepted thousands of these worthless Affidavits now believe the allegations that the foreclosure law firms acted in good faith when they presented these documents to Courts? Thank god for forcloser fraud ! They need to arrest the florida default law group and congress , the congress back dated to 2002 for giving all the deadly laws , to the land to let people do the stuff they are doing in the hold land of living today . I never saw united nation in army suit , walking around in the usa , and the usa , is the biggest crook of them all . All the crooked crap need to stop here in the usa , law maker , told the a trustee , u have legal tittle , just like a benicary of a trust , now how stupid is that , giving a trustee legal , tittle over somebody else property , when they can say hell I have legal ownship just like the owner , and on top of that , the trustee don’t even have to tell a benificary nothing base off the law , of congress and the attorney gen office , back dated from 2002 under the bush , white house , bush is out of office , and still , running the white house , they need lock bush up and everybody been with him sense 2002 , they are theves and killer . If u think I’m wrong look at the laws made and who , sign them into order . Research all of this stuff ya self .how can u tax the middle class and low class people , a river over flow of tax money , and then charge the rich nothing that fraud . Why are all the ladys on mccain ,presidental ,run , comeing foward to say , he’s sleeping with all of them now , why did they wait onto the day to say so , why aren’t yall flag president bush like yall doing him – mccain ? I belive mccain would be a good president , and would be a good help too all races of people that’s it . Like moses to pharo of jews ,how can the people build with out food , bush and the white house owe the public for 100 years of hell .
