I’ve been researching this “stuff” for 3 Years. However, in my case; RECONTRUST N.A. WAS able to produce “The Note”. So I don’t know if this telecast is relevant to me; or for that matter; many others? Replies More Than Welcomed! lahabrabill@roadrunner.com

    Mr. Bill McAulifle:

The note that they produced, was it the “WET NOTE” or a copy? I am sure that the note they produced was a copy. Is there any way you could have had it tested by an expert to make sure? All of the notes were destroyed because they didn’t want to pay the storage. I am sure it is a copy. The ink on it should have been blue, because if you remember all of the notes are signed in blue ink only. So if you take a look make sure that the ink is blue, and if by chance you can get it to an expert, I am sure they will tell you it is a copy.

Almost all of these notes are copies as it is evident on the motions of lost notes submitted by these fraudsters and Foreclosure Mills.
You can have a handwriting expert examine any document and they will be able to determine what is an original vs.copy.As far as the blue ink theory it is just that as I have closed on many properties that has not required that the note was signed in blue ink.

  4. It is true that many of the notes produced by the lenders or trustees are high quality color copies. When an instrument is signed, the paper fibers will be glued down by the ink or flattened/disturbed by the pen pressure. The fibers of a copy are not glued down of disturbed. Viewing an instrument under a microscope can can easily seperate an original signature from a copy.
