    I’m not an attorney. I read many of the posted articles and legal papers on this website. Unfortunately, I don’t always get what the final decisions mean. So, in this instance, did the court in this ruling side with the company seeking monies from the person, or did the person win in this case, Jerman v. Carlisle? It sounds like the
    court is allowing the mistakes of law in favor of the mortgage company. is that true?
