Will a new downtown hotel and parking lot replace an affordable downtown apartment complex and small businesses nearby? If so, when? And what happens to those who get moved out?

These inquiries kicked off the March 10 Monroe County Council meeting, where people who in recent weeks learned of the July 7 evictions expressed worries and concerns.
