The motion for Bankruptcy in Chapter 7 defers foreclosure but does not block it indefinitely. When you apply for Bankruptcy, all eviction proceedings must be stopped due to self-residence. A stay acts as a court order or disincentive to creditors’ efforts to reclaim debts or request mortgages.

If you see a doctor as soon as you hear of a possible seizure, you have a much better chance of managing to stop attacks. Before the insolvency proceedings, reform is required.
