In a 60 Minutes interview President Obama addressed financial reform and argued that Wall Street bankers could not be prosecuted because they technically did nothing against the law. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur begs to differ.

It always the cover up that get them. President Obama must be still smoking that weed if he think that what Goldman and Paulson did with setting up other with Longbeach loans in the CDO was not a crime, then I just don’t know what a crime is.
Now we got various versions of robo signing to hide how these loan where securitized. They cannot prove that they own a single thing.
Obama need the people to depend on him as to not stand up for there rights to have crimes prosecuted against the criminals. Black are in a helpless position and as they leader does not admit to any wrong doing being done against them, the only thing left is for them to have Obama give them something.
However I believe he paint himself into a corner because the public not directly effected is not in a willing mood to bail out these folks, but as they dig deeper into despair what hope do they really have as they have granted years to Obama without any real action taken.
This is a complete failure of epic, historical proportions. To hear Obama say this on a mainstream news program is astounding duplicity, even from a politician.
WaMu trustees seek Goldman Probe:
“Naked short selling involves trading in shares that an investor doesn’t own, doesn’t borrow and doesn’t deliver. The phantom stock trades flood the market with what appear to be shares available for sale, and they drive down the stock price.”
I believe this qualifies as doing something illegal, yeah?
