Former Ameriquest Employee fired after he reported illegal activity, sued under the whistleblower provision of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002

Those of you who’ve had any dealings with Ameriquest may find this interesting…

Via William McCloskey

William McCloskey worked for Ameriquest from November 2004 till March 2005. William was fired after he reported illegal activity behind the walls of his Ameriquest branch, which virtually mirrored all of the widespread reports about the company (to local detectives, the PA Attorney General, the S.E.C. and the F.B.I).

William sued Ameriquest Mortgage Company under the whistleblower provision of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. The act pertained to publicly traded companies and issuers of securities under Section 15(d) and 12h-3 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.

SEC CERTIFIED RECORDS OF TRUST OFFERINGS FOR COURT

SEC CERTIFIED RECORDS OF TRUST OFFERINGS FOR COURT

via: Brian Davies

The SEC is the regulator who allowed the Prospectus for many Mortgage Backed Securities to be filed. The Indymac MBS Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2007-A5, mortgage pass through 2007-E, with the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated 3-1-2007 outlines proper assignment protocols and is the document that is needed for the court record. The SEC will do requests so you may judicially notice these documents for the record.

Your request was received in the certification office on 8/3/10; the time frame is 14+ working days to process

COULD FORECLOSURE NOTES & MORTGAGES BE KEPT HERE?

COULD FORECLOSURE NOTES & MORTGAGES BE KEPT HERE?

According to a prospectus

will not physically segregate the mortgage files in XXXXX custody but the mortgage files will be kept in shared facilities. However, XXXXXX’s proprietary document tracking system will show the location within XXXXXX’s facilities of each mortgage file and will show that the mortgage loan documents are held by the Trustee on behalf of the trust.

This is LPS’s mail center in Minnesota. This is where many of the settlement documents get sent to for scanning and uploading. Take a listen and maybe this is where all the documents are kept for safe keeping?

Just saying…because this is a warehouse and they have plenty of room.

You have to watch it entirely… or go to 4:24 and start from there.

If you look click this post below you will see title is sent to LPS in MN…see my point———>
