A 90-year-old woman is facing eviction from her home for not paying on a mortgage, a loan she claims she never made. But after our inquiries, Wells Fargo tells us they are putting the eviction on hold while they investigate.
Agnes Allen lives on South Dolphin Avenue in Middleburg. She says she was told by the Wells Fargo bank that she had to be out of her home by Tuesday, September 30. The bank told her she owed money on a loan, a loan she says she knows nothing about.
“This eviction, it is wrong. I do not owe the money they say that I owe. I pay my bills. This is one bill I am not going to pay,” said the fiesty Allen.
