The vacant 52-acre property in Potterville headed for Eaton County’s annual auction of property tax foreclosures next month is one of the biggest pieces of land Bob Robertson has ever seen go up for bid.
“It’s a beautiful piece of property,” Robinson, Eaton County’s treasurer, said. “It has a small body of water in the center of it.”
The land, located just off Providence Court, is “completely build ready,” he said, with water and sewer hookups for the 50 home lots on site.
