A new high, BoA foreclosed using a fraudulently opened loan that it recorded in MERS absent an existing Note/Loan. BoA then use the false trailed it created by producing documentation from MERS along with POA from Albertelli Law Firm and BoA affidavit to prove the existence of a non-existent loan/Note. Request for verifiable documentation from BoA was denied by the bank stating that it no longer had such paperwork while, the bank continued to file a series of fabricated documentation in the Courts.
