The principal instrument for the carrying out of the incredibly large scale mortgage fraud in the United States in recent decades has been the appearance of virtually invisible “Securitized Trusts” parading mysteriously as plaintiffs in foreclosure cases.

More than any other weakness in the judicial handling of foreclosure cases throughout the United States has been the complete ignorance among foreclose judges as to what these relatively new entities coming before them really are.

They have no real office locations or office signs, existing only in cyberspace and court docket sheets.

It is virtually impossible to even find anyone claiming to be their Trustees or their managers. They moreover have no employees.

You cannot even locate any real telephone numbers or email addresses for any of them.

Instead, they operate through others variously called loan servicers, MERS signing officers, foreclosure attorneys, and declarants — shielding from view intentionally what in all fairness can be called organized crime on steroids.

Several state and less frequently some federal judges — finally — are asking who or what these Securitized Trusts really are.

Are they actually in court cases the real parties in interest?

Do they have any legal capacity to sue for foreclosure?

Do they actually own the notes and mortgages as they claim?

What do they really do with the foreclosure monies and/or properties awarded to them?

For this reason, it seems worthwhile to rebroadcast at this critical time our June 19, 2016 show, first exposing the ten secrets of securitized trusts, especially for all of our new listeners.

    This is sad I have been trying to tell you this all along ,this is what happens to me in this so call court lawsuit. They didn’t tell the judge they were pulling a fraud scam on him as well,and the Judge didn’t bother to ask ,they made sure the judge never ask who had the note,title,deed and mortgage

    Than the bank forgave the Mortgage, that they gave the strawbuyer and his wife in my name .and the strawbuyer and his wife force me out of my home of 15 years that I took them to court for ,than my house sat there empty I had no place to go ,and the strawbuyer and his wife go to the city and file vb permits. The city would not listen to me and sent my check back with not a letter a note old case and I am still fight but look out ,the bank is involved as well ,they don’t pay the taxes,after you pay the scammed who started it save you your home ,than you pay the strawbuyer than you pay the vp of the bank,and when you don’t make the payment to the bank the bank give your home to the strawbuyer to rent out for 1500 dollars a month and there still getting paid no taxes they pay nothing take your equity and your home and you are homeless, while they haves boats beauty salon, giving big dinners airplanes it’s sad that no one cares about the people that work hard to get there dream and it’s OK for the people that have can just take more.this happen with me in 06 and as of today I am still fight the judge sat there and said he knew nothing a bought these type of cases ,so my life fell apart because he is the judge and didn’t know .that’s sad ,I have paid taxes all my life and I will never vote again for a judge to sat on his ass and say I don’t know and laugh about and have the court reporter to strike everything I say because the bank lawyer tell them too.so yes what your finding out none I have known for years.
