Listeners’ Year End Open Discussion Forum: Nominating the Best and the Worst Judicial Decisions of 2016

———————

The Foreclosure Hour receives many more emails and voice mail messages weekly than we are able to respond to.

This end of the year open line will give listeners the opportunity to call in directly to Gary and John with their questions and comments during the entire hour, nominating and discussing the best and the worst judicial decisions of 2016 and what they might mean in 2017 for this Nation’s Homeowners.

Those who miss this important live broadcast can listen to it on the Past Broadcast Section of our Website at www.foreclosurehour.com shortly after it airs live on KHVH-AM News Radio in Honolulu and simultaneously throughout the United States on the iHeart Internet App.

Thank you for the pod casts. So far in Santa Rosa Ca I have not been able to hear them on my radio, but your info may change that.
My home was stolen by Wells Fargo which pretended the lenders fraudulent LoanApp which stated my income as $90,000 a year and that I had a 3.5 stained glass bs. For 23.5 years, and my home value was 935,000. Instead of the market rate of $400,000. According. To the Assessor- it’s actual value. LoanApp was all false and ID theft…no date, no signature of mine…only the agents. My income was less than $7, 000. Never had a 23.5 yr bs. and my hs was $400K, not $925,000. The big loan they put (under the table) was $187,000 on my “equity, 24 times my income– never affordable on my $7,000 disability income (since 1992.) I was given $29,690 as I had asked for a $30K “personal loan” to hire a lawyer. None of the proven facts made any difference to Marin County, Ca judge who said “WF said they own…they get it.” I did not have a lawyer as my lawyer had died and Legal Aid would not help me n neither would the ACLU, nor MC Bar nor SF Bar nor any
Fair Housing, Disability or elder agency, local state or Federal. Our Atty Gen said she “didn’t help individuals.” FBI never responded to my many complaints: written and verbal. Judge would not appoint an atty after my hired atorney died.
I had intentionally never borrowed on my home equity as my disability reduced me to poverty level income n I was saving the equity in my house for my children and my old age security. My home was paid off and reconveyed to me in 2001. Now I’m living in my car. That is another reason the homeless population has increased… all the fraud by the banks just to steal our homes. I wish I could hear your broadcasts. Jenna
