The lawsuit is the just the latest of allegations surrounding fraudulent practices which have mostly revolved around the alleged creation of more than 2 million secret, unauthorized bank accounts. Plaintiffs are seeking $7.2 billion or more in damages.
The federal class-action lawsuit filed in Los Angeles federal court on Monday claims that Wells Fargo violated several laws, including Dodd-Frank and the section of Sarbanes-Oxley that prohibits retaliation against whistleblowers. The suit also says the bank made employees work beyond eight hours a day without paying overtime, violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Been filing complaints against Wells Fargo for almost 6 years, since my nightmare started, have serious proof of fabricating, forging and creating any and all documents that they need to steal homes from hard working Americans with no accountability.
None, not our regulatory, not the CFPB,not the FDIC,OCC,not by more than 1% of the legal industry and if anything the entire housing industry from title, escrow, realtors, lawyers, judges have all been colluding with the same banks that they now are hunting.
Only when the obvious threat of public outcry do they even take a small look. Its all a f….ng joke, follow the money and it leads you to the real story, banks destroy their records now after 7 years, how nice for them.
Makes on wonder how they prove they own the loans with no records???????
