By its own admission, Ocwen Financial (OCN) is facing 21 pending investigations in 15 different states, is currently facing delisting by New York Stock Exchange for delaying the release of its annual report, and has run afoul of investors and homeowners alike.
Either in spite of or because of those issues, Ocwen said Thursday that it is offering indemnification agreements to each of the company’s directors and executive officers.
Ocwen disclosed the pending indemnification agreements in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ocwen and a string of its related mergers/acquisition (HSBC, AHMSI, OPTION ONE, and several other Wilbur Ross sole ownership scam operations) stole my home in Salem. Oregon, put my old carcass on the street, got the Federal Ct Dist of Oregon (lady judge) to refuse my appearance prose, dismissed me with prejudice and handed over my home, awarded to me on basis of NO STANDING by Polk County, OR District Ct (Judge Horner) to CRIMINALLY CHARGED ( OCWEN, HSBC (drug laundering) and put my solitary life in complete despair. I do not have a lo9t of years left but every day I will pray that ALL of these criminal outfits be taken apart and its owner(s) to serve time at hard labor in Levinworth prison.
