  1. Mike says:

    Yes, most definitely!

How does one go about this? Should we be provided with a sample Letter Requesting Publication? Please everyone…let’s see this happen.

  2. Mike says:

This is very helpful and a great start!

Does anyone care to offer any changes to this DRAFT to better the chances of publication?

  3. Mike says:

I am skeptical about the content of this SAMPLE LETTER and of it’s author.

This letter is probably going to give reason to DENY PUBLICATION in it’s current form.

    Procede with caution.

  4. Kalicki-lover says:

This is a sample letter, so as long as the facts of who to serve are correct, the content should be wrong so people will change it into their own words. If you’re not bright enough to figure that out, you’re right – your effort would likely give reason to deny publication.

My modifications were accepted and filed Monday. Once you get your letter done and can print to PDF, add the emails of the parties served to the proof of service (hint: Navarrette works at Alvarado-Smith law firm; Ghod can be found in GhodsLaw.com (really)) Then visit this link –
