A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday upheld the constitutionality of a statute requiring the registration of deeds, in a ruling that keeps alive a class action brought by Pennsylvania counties alleging that Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. violated the law.

Each one of us facing foreclosure needs to begin the dialog with our state Insurance Commissioners. Title insurance is a fraud. MERS corrupts the title, title companies are exempting any transfer not publically recorded. This is such a scam.
In addition, the title companies are totally exposed when the people start getting wise to them accepting indemnifications between themselves and the criminal financial industry when reconveying properties. What’s going to happen when these title companies do not have enough cash reserves to back those indemnifications??? HUH????
