    That was the most amazing statement. “We are not releasing the note, we are releasing the collateral.” OMG.

    This is why it is VERY important that one DEMANDS for the Cancellation of the Note in writing. Or else you know there will be trouble.

    Started TILA requirements in March of 2009. Awarded property in Polk County, OR, county court. Ultimately ended up in Fed Ct Judge Anna Brown who decided this pro se liiigant will not have day in court and dismissed the case in favor of AHMSI. I demanded authentic documents as TILA required and AHMSI refused to provided data as req by law. I await not to be evicted after the Federal Court decided to give my home to a crook who owns AHMSI.

    I am now 74 and anticipate a very difficult life henceforth. Thank you Federal Court.
