    Some of our Bankruptcy judges had careers working for (you guessed it) notoriously corrupt Banks. It’s the resume that counts when they get the appointment.

    The Court only ordered the pre-2000 files destroyed. The ones that count are post-2003. The purpose of the big mortgage push 2003-2008 was to generate mortgage loans to replace investors post 2002 who, after the RTC vs. Key Financial (2002) case was decided in favor of the investors – everybody wanted out. All the banks did was ramp up their old bad habits and generated over 84 million new and refinanced mortgages to suck in pension and retirement funds and buy out previous investors before they got sued.
