Investigation: 5 Banks Accused of Fraudulent Foreclosures in MA

And we were always right – This Foreclosure Fraud Settlement was going to be broken!

Go Local Worcester-

Five of the nation’s largest banks are now violating an agreement with the federal government in Massachusetts, according to an investigation of local foreclosure affidavits conducted by GoLocalWorcester.

The investigation involved nearly 200 affidavits from Ally, Bank of America, Citi, Chase, and Wells Fargo filed with the Registry of Deeds in Worcester and Essex Counties and found that these documents had been expedited and signed without required knowledge of the signer, which is in violation of federal standards banks agreed to uphold with the federal government.

Housing Attorney, Tom Vawter of Newton, MA said that there is no way they comply with the standards the banks agreed to uphold. He surmises that economic gain is behind the banks’ behavior, which nullifies many of the reasons behind the Monitor’s established agreement with the banks.

  1. This settlement was sometime in March 2012. I have a document that is dated June 08, 2012 signed by a deceased person who died in 2008, that is an assignment from Chase to the FDIC. Now if that is not a violation of the settlement nothing is. If the banks were in compliance witht the settlement there would not be one foreclosure. They are all unlawful and violationg the settlement. Once a fraud affidavit is recorded on county or in court, the next assignments that follow have to be frauds. The banks can only foreclose by fraud and deciet. They have no ligitamate foreclosing documents. No litigitmate assignments of mortgage on the couny records or in the courts.

ROBO SIGNING ANF FRAUDULENT MORTGAGE ASSIGNMENT ARE IN ALL NJ COUNTYS
THE BANKS FILLING FRADULENT PAPER WORK AND NO ONE IN THE STATE OF NJ EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK OR DO ANYTHING EVEN THE RECORDING OFFICES IN NJ LOOKING THE OTHER WAY TO FRAUD SO MORE PEOPLES HOMES CAN BE TAKEN AWAY BY FRAUD

  3. Charles Reed says:

First we know because Lorraine Brown of Docx just copped a plead, and told that they forged 1 million assignment, so were is it that the Justice Dept is obtaining those records and over turning those foreclosures?

At what point does the government quit with the its to hard to reconstruct these loan, and hire people who know how to spot Linda Green name on the assignment that Docx has already admitted to forging?
