    What your going to find out of the Kozeny & McCubbin LLC foreclosure mill is that Sara Knittle who is an attorney who is in charge of the firm’s foreclosure dept, but acted as this non paid Assistant Secretary for MERS and robo signed these Assignment of Deed of Trust or other Security Instruments when in fact the lender/servicer did not have financial interest in the Notes.

    They will get theirs sooner than they think as this deal is struck by week end, between the OCC, Fed and the 14 lenders.

    And of course, how does the homeowner have a fair chance of getting the securitization information when the banks refuse to share it? Hire a licensed Private Investigation agency who specializes in securitization and chain of tile analysis. Hire a Private Investigation agency who is licensed and has legal access to the proprietary database and is trained on how to utilize it. Hire a Private Investigator who can be called as an Expert Witness and can provide counsel with Expert Declarations of the fact patterns showing the obvious glaring inconsistencies of the banks claims versus other documentation that prove the lack of standing, potential fraud on the courts, potential abuse of process, and potential criminal behavior. The legal climate and education of the homeowners’ attorneys and Judges across the country is progressing slowly, yet surely. The truth is inexorably being exposed. Great advocates for securitization analysis are coming to the forefront – and we are prepared to meet the challenges facing fact and law, due process, property rights, and justice for all. Regretfully, the price of admission to justice shows an obvious flaw in our current legal system where 95%(?) of all potentially defrauded homeowners could not afford basic justice in America.     We have a case right now with much fraud in Missourri. The attorneys representing a client listed her property as secured debt when they knew and viewed the original deed. Deals were made behind closed doors and they continouisly harrass this poor woman. We have scroubbed documentation , backdating documents with an altered death certificate paced into the file which by the way belongs to the New appointed Childrens fund intrem Julie Leicht. This is all political. We tracked these documents and endorsement of a blank sheet of paper to one source. Washington University and the Centene Corporation and the Universal Health Center. They are not allowing ” Due Process ” The owner has the original Deed to this home which proves clearly the Note and deed was never delived into the trust. StlOuis Judges are surpressing Due Process. Instead of up holding the law , they have terminated her employment and harrass her consistantly.
