Incredible. So basically if you have enough money to create a computer system to use as a place holder for your property, one can simply override 100’s of years of property law. Not to mention collect their own fees to shadow record while the counties lose out on billions of dollars.

Why aren’t the state AG’s and/or the counties getting a determination in line with the concepts of sovereign powers and tortuous interference.
The Federal Government puts its blessing on MERS.
The MERS private business system deprived the States and Counties of POWERS and RESOURCES which they originally possessed.
