Cindi Davis says her house is a “quiet place. It’s a good place to fight this battle.”
The battle Cindi is referring to is her battle with breast cancer, which doctors say is terminal. The news got worse last Saturday when a sheriff’s deputy showed up at Cindi’s door and handed her officials papers saying that Wells Fargo bank is foreclosing on her delinquent loan.
Cindi immediately called her husband at work.
“She was hyperventilating and she said, ‘I have other news.’ I said ‘What?’ She could hardly talk to me,” said husband Kirk, who is very worried about Cindi’s health because of this stress.

Where’s the outrage? What have we become? There is tragedy all over the place – here is one case placed front and center by the media – and we have a response from the Banksters that is something along the lines of the Good Germans from that notorious period in the 20th century. I’m pretty sure we are all under attack.
Isn’t there money from the mortgage settlement left? Hire the same attorneys the Banks are using, knowledgable in securities litigation, who know how to pour over documents, etc. give them the resources to do it and homeowners will have a chance. That’s the only way they will be able to stay in their home, if they are given the funds to hire legal representation, but so far what homeowners have $1,000./hour to hire attorneys and that’s what the Banks pay.

Lynn, this “mortgage” settlement you speak of is for only certain individuals. Google that, I don’t have the links on me right now.
Wells fargo received a bailout amount of 25 BILLION and turned around and BOUGHT Wachovia for 12.5 BILLION.
