The following people are being treated at a nearby hospital: 55 year old civilian woman who was shot, an officer who was shot in the calf, and two additional officers who have minor injuries.
Deputy Bryan Bachmann was killed while serving an eviction notice on the shooter. It is not clear at this time whether the shooter was the homeowner or if he was renting the property.
The shooter was in his mid-30s.
College Station Police say that it is diffult for the department to investigate the scenes, after the loss. However, there are multiple crime scenes, and the area is secured.
