Trigg County will join at least 14 other counties in a class-action lawsuit against Delaware-based Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS) Corporation.

At their meeting last Monday evening, the Trigg County Fiscal Court voted unanimously to join the lawsuit, which Trigg County Attorney Randy Braboy says involves all 120 counties in Kentucky, after a motion by Magistrate Larry Lawrence and a second by Magistrate Jon Goodwin.

good job get the crooks that have been lying to us on our loans.
nj time to wake up its time to go after the criminals that stole money from all our recording offices for years which resulted in higer tax paid by home owners for property taxes

They left off Ginnie Mae because they don’t know about MERS Milestone report were all the FHA & VA loans where transfer to Ginnie Mae through the Transfer Beneficial Rights – Option 1.

Sound like they need to amend the filing because every single government insured loan place in a Ginnie Mae pool is done this way! There is not one Government insured loan that was in a pool that if administratively foreclosed could have been done.

They have been doing this since the mid 90’s and have continued to rip off everyone not just county’s and states alone but also business big or small.Anyone who has bought, leased, sold or rented has been taken to the cleaners. It is time to see who is too big to fail them(banks) or us.Let them fall no more bailouts or write offs.If it were anyone of us we would be serving hard time.Time for them to do the same.
