Executive Privilege Only Applies If the President Was Personally Involved.

An extraordinary House committee hearing debated a contempt measure against Attorney General Eric Holder on Wednesday even though President Barack Obama asserted executive privilege over some documents sought by the panel investigating the botched Fast and Furious gun-running sting.
Republican Rep. Darrell Issa of California, who chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said the White House assertion of executive privilege “falls short” of any reason to delay the hearing.

Neither Issa or Holder has any contempt for MERS unfortunately. Neither care about law breaking in the housing sector, Issa flat out supports it.
Just another ploy to take the countries mind off the foreclosure problems and the banks stealing our homes. On bay news 9 last night the Tampa Bay area’s cable news that is in 7 counties in florida spent exactly 45 seconds on a story about how the banks are “submitting” wrong paper work for foreclosure. if you dodnt know there was a foreclosure problem you would never have undeerstood the owman on TV. Ho horribly wrong to continue taking homes peopel worked for all our lives because of greedy banksters approving loans that people could never afford. we all trusted the bank with our lives and we have been duped. fast and furious is a way to take the focus off the banking mess and on to somthing else.
Is Congress serious!! What the hell is really going on here…there are more important issues that need to be resolved in this country!! This is obviously a move to divert the country’s attention from this economy and the mega banks that almost destroyed us not to mention retaliation for Holders stand on voter registration!!
Where is the Congressional hearings concerning the Mega banks and their wreckless, racketeering and illegal activities!!
I vow to participate in every election because of my non participation in many elections…look what we the people end up with..these people who DO NOT represent us and are only interested in pursuing their own personal agenda. They have vowed to make President Obama a one term president while the average American citizen is suffering!! …but guess what..it aint gonna happen!!!!!
