Dear Fellow Advocates and Friends,
This life is filled with many ups and downs. Early this AM I got a great up that I shared with all of you. Now, I received a great down and ask your prayers and thoughts for my good friend and colleague, Max Gardner. Max was the VERY first lawyer to heed my advice and begin the practice or foreclosure defense in 2000 after our meeting at the NCLC meeting in Colorado.
Max has been a great source of strength, inspiration, and insight to me for over 12-years. Max is not going anywhere, but he’s cutting down on his boot camps and going to take care of himself and his life and wife. I love this man and would like all of you in this fight to love him too and keep him in your prayers. We all owe him a great deal of gratitude and prayers and positive energy sent his way and to his family is a small price to pay for what he has given and sacrificed for all of us!!!

I remenber you said he went into the hospital earlier in the year. May God bless him amd his family for his part against the money changers. The same entities that took down Jesus after he wrecked the temple. AKA the banks. I will put a word in for the big man to the big man. I started out reading livinglies then Stop foreclosure fraud. I need to donate and will soon I promise not five bucks either.I owe you. from reading your site and a lot of praying, I was able to file a complaint in the Superior court Santa clara.. Its a text book case just as Max has been explaing for years. It would not have been feasable last year but since Tanbourri, Macklin and Demucha at the cloing of the year things are looking better.

Mr. Gardner,It sounds like it is time for you to take time for yourself and family.You have been with us and feeding us info. for years.None of us would know whats going on today if it wasn’t for people like you and Mr. Garfield.I’m sorry to hear you are having health issues but knowing what a fighter you are you will approachthis like you have all the tests in your life head on and spot on.My very best to you and your family and you are in my prayers.
