Lynn Szymoniak, Foreclosure Activist, Says $18 Million Doesn’t Make Up For Homeowners’ Harms

HuffPO-

The last four years have not been easy for Lynn Szymoniak. Since early 2008, she has waged a seemingly endless series of legal battles against some of the nation’s biggest banks in an effort to save her Palm Beach County, Fla., home from foreclosure. But Szymoniak is about to get some help — a check for $18 million for her role in uncovering evidence of massive bank fraud.

It’s a significant win for the foreclosure fraud activist, but in an interview with HuffPost, she emphasized that the settlement now does not undo the damage done to homeowners who were improperly evicted.

“It’s very satisfying to have recovered this money for the government,” Szymoniak said. “Would it have been more satisfying to have recovered it for homeowners? Possibly.”

Some one help me please. In 2009 I was laid off from my job of 17 years. Im still unemployed over 50 years of age. I seek help from HomeSafe Georgia that qualified me for 18 months to be paid to my mortgage company and my mortgage company decline to participate with HomeSafe Georgia. They would not tell me why they wont accept monies for my mortgage from the government. This would help me get back on my feet and take the stress out of losing my home. My mortgage company has been prolonging my request for remodification.
I’ve done everything they told me to do. Some one out there no whats going on,I dont. Please Help Me.

PUBLIC DISCOURSE: MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2014 WRONGFUL EVICTION OF HOMEOWNER WHO FILED APPEAL AND IS ONGOING-

RE: FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION USES FALSE CLAIMS TO EJECT HOMEOWNER IN PENNSYLVANIA IN COLLUSION WITH WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC) – through its lawyers, Powers, Kirn & Javardian, LLP located at 1301 Industrial Blvd., Ste 201; Southampton, PA 18966, Jill Manuel-Coughlin, Esq., will attempt to on Monday, April 21, 2014 seek to Eject a homeowner from her home by eviction lockout through the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department located at 925 Court Street, Honesdale, PA 18341. However, FHLMC has not shown how it is entitled to Ejectment. In Pennsylvania to be entitled to eject a homeowner it must show (1) a right to ownership and (2) a right to possession. It has shown neither. Citimortgage foreclosed. It alleged it held the mortgage and had a right to foreclose. Citimortgage did not have a Note or Mortgage in its name in the public record. In fact, it admitted it relied on an unrecorded December 23, 2004.

In cases 487-Civ-2008 and 478-Civ-2013 she litigated against these lies. Now on appeal in Superior Court of Pennsylvania 248-EDA-2014, before the Superior Court has a chance to decide, FHLMC seeks to kick her out of her house. By doing that, her appeal will become ineffective or moot.?Further on April 4 and 8, improper service of Notice makes that impossible ordinarily, but in the rural area of Pennsylvania – the Wayne County Sheriff personnel himself signed for the homeowner in the location where a defendant is supposed to sign, he also entered a, “Date Served as 4/8/14” when she was not home and the, “Lockout Date as 4/21/14” again all while she was not home. The the Wayne County Sheriff personnel opened the closed side glass door, dropped the Eviction papers inside the glass door on the home’s door outside ledge and closed it. In other words, the Wayne County Sheriff Department personnel broke and entered her home and failed to give her Notice required under Rule 402, which required she be personally served or it posted to her realty.

The Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathyne Kane; the Wayne County District Attorney Jenine Edwards; Wayne County Sheriff Mark Steelman; JoAnn Edwards, Executive Director of Pennsylvania Community Resource Hate and Bias Crimes and the FBI Mr. Edward J Hanko are aware of the actions of the Wayne County Sheriff Department Personnel and her expressed fears for her mental and physical personal safety while she litigates against the wrongful foreclosure, ejectment and evictions.

I INVITE THE NEWS MEDIA, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TV STATIONS; PUBLIC RADIO BROADCAST; JOURNALIST, ADVOCATES AND OTHER HOMEOWNERS TO 290 NEVIN ROAD, NEWFOUNDLAND, PA 18445 TO WITNESS THE ACTS OF THE WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT ON APRIL 21, 2014. AT 7:45 A.M., THIS TIME, LET US SUPPORT THIS AND ALL HOMEOWNER AGAINST FHLMC, CITIMORTGAGE AND THE WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT ACTIONS.
