I so need your help, I spend 5 days a week 5-8 a day, taking away from my finacial needs,to fight against these fraudsters! A.H.M.S.I scammed me into an Affordable Program, when I was ONLY simpy calling to inform them I would be 2 days late! They went on telling me they “Value” my business, and to qualify for this 3-4% maybe 2 % fixed rate, I had to be 30 days late! Thats the day the scam started! 30 days turned into 8 months, they wouldnt take money under modification! They reported me to all 3 better business bureaus..ruined my credit. They lied about Doc’s, I have that proof! The New HAP 5-11%, charged me $33,000 slapped me with a $500.00 Balloon note! and Ruined my credit, Its Fraud! After reading the article in the lawsuit, and after looking into the registry of deeds, I dont think they have my note?! I need your help, against these fruadsters. Who is their lender? Wells Fargo? It once was Option One in 2004?? Who has the Note…The registry of deeds has NO assigments and NO discharges??? They need to be locked up, I’m exhausted, please help me. God Bless 1-508-237-7765 Cathy
I understand how you feel especially fighting alone! Contact Neil Garfield of living lies or Jeff Barnes of foreclosure defense. Google Neil’s name and you will find a lot. American home mortgage are crooks. Try to find out if your mortgage has been pooled in a securitization. If so, find ouy when the closing date of the pool.I woudn’t worry about what’s filed in the court deeds office. This helps you because it shows nothing has been filed. Especially if its apart of a securitization. Jeff and Neil practice in all states with the help of local attorneys.the company that was in charge of american home document processing has been indicted in several states for fraud and I think she was sentenced to two years in florida.
