One Response to “Massachusetts AG Coakley to announce “comprehensive lawsuit” on foreclosure documentation against MERS, BofA, Wells, Citi, JPM, Ally”

  1. Kim Wilson says:

Rep. Alan Grayson said in the attached youtube video in 2010 that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac both own stock in MERS. How much stock and when did they own it? Would this explain their current actions? Did they move loans out of MERS and into Fannie Mae for the tax payers to bail out? Would this be as bad as pooling investments and betting against them? Beau Biden, please organize a G-88% summit and invite all the people standing up like yourself. Watch how excited the country gets! The 88% don’t have any say because the people that really care about change won’t organize like the 12% that control everything. Flow chart the problems and solutions and join as one voice with solutions. Invite people like Alan Grayson, Neil Garfield, Catherine Masto, Eric Schneiderman, Martha Coakley, Elizabeth Warren.
Start by having the closing agent take the original note and mortgage away at the closing and post the documents on line going forward. The banks prove every day they can’t be trusted why has this not been done yet? The goverment needs to protect these documents and until this is done the recovery won’t even begain.
    Your the best!!!!
