I am a victim of this MERS scandal, home was forclosed upon and I lost everything. The banks sold these loans with fake signatures !!! I have the documents to prove it.
How can I seek a class action settlement

  2. Edward Wilcox says:

Wells Fargo stole our home. To make a very long and drawn out story short, they promised us a modification. Told us we have to miss payments which we had never done. We missed payments and were told to wait 3 months. we called back only to be told that it would be months before we would get a decision but that we had to continue missing the payments or we would not get the mod. 1 1/2 years later they started the foreclosure process. When we asked for the initial mod. I had lost a lot of work. By the time they made their decision, I had started making more money. We were told I made too much money for the mod. and that we owed all back payments. They foreclosed on us and sold our house for over 100,000 dollars more that what we owed originally owed them. Any help would be greatly appreciated..
